LAS VEGAS (Jan. 31, 2020 ) — From breakfast to barbecue to margaritas and more, spending February at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts is a must-do.

Smoke & Sizzle BBQ
Caesars Palace welcomes guests to enjoy juicy perfection in every bite at Smoke & Sizzle BBQ, located in the Forum Food Court. The all-new, quick-serve restaurant features lip-smackin’ favorites including:
 

  • BBQ Nachos, made with potato chips and topped with a blend of barbecue meats, cheese sauce, house-made jalapeño pickles and barbecue sauce​
  • Boss Hog Sandwich, made with hand-pulled, smoked pork butt, creamy coleslaw and house-made Carolina style barbecue sauce
  • The Whiteside Sandwich, made with chopped brisket and Texas-style barbecue sauce on a Whiteside roll
  • BBQ Mi, a nod to the Banh Mì, made with burnt ends and topped with 'Nduja aioli, pickled onions and jalapeños
  • Platter selections of one, two or three meat choices including pulled pork, burnt ends, Kansas City ribs, Texas brisket, beef hot link or rotisserie chicken served with white bread, pickles and a choice of two sides
  • Side options include honey-butter biscuit, jalapeño cheddar cornbread, molasses baked beans, potato salad, buttered corn on the cob, creamy coleslaw, and mac and cheese

Rise and Shine with Gordon Ramsay Burger and experience all-new breakfast offerings daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Guests are invited to browse through an exclusive selection of breakfast dishes using cage-free eggs and plant-based options. Pair entrées with a side of cheesy tots or get a kickstart with a La Colombe Coffee cocktail. New breakfast menu include:
 

  • Simple Scramble, made with soft scramble eggs, chives and crème fraiche.​
  • The Classic*, made with an over medium egg, an option of pork bacon or pork sausage and Dubliner cheese.
  • Brunch Burger, made with a beef patty, over-medium egg, American cheese, grilled onions, pork bacon and served on a brioche bun.
  • Cheesy Tots, topped with house spice, pork bacon, Parmesan cheese, fried chives and white cheddar ale sauce.
  • Bread Pudding French Toast Sticks, served with toffee sauce and seasonal jam.
  • Flaming Mocha, mixed with mocha, Tuaca, Fireball whiskey, and Baileys Irish cream liqueur.

Tequila-lovers are invited to indulge during National Margarita Day on Saturday, Feb. 22 with these unique margarita offerings:

  • Where better to enjoy a cocktail than in a sexy garden oasis? Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace offers Lisa Vanderpump’s take on a margarita – the Vanderpink Margarita. This Vanderpump favorite is made with tequila, fresh lime, hibiscus, white peach and orange liqueur.

  • Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace is known for its bold flavors and specialty margaritas. Plus, this Las Vegas restaurant’s proximity to Mexico allows access to the country’s highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings. This National Margarita Day, guests are invited to treat themselves to any of Mesa Grill’s signature margaritas including the Cactus Pear Margarita, made with Corazon Blanco tequila, cactus pear syrup and fresh lime juice for $15.
  • Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho inside Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is offering Fieri’s world-famous signature margarita, also known as the Caliente Margarita. Made with jalapeño-infused tequila, triple sec, fresh cilantro and house-made margarita mix, this drink is sure to make taste buds rejoice. El Burro Borracho is also celebrating “Tequila Thursdays” every Thursday in February, where guests will receive a complimentary shot of Patrón tequila with the purchase of Shareable Trash Can Nachos or the all-new Bacon Cheeseburger Quesa-nada.
  • Guests can also drink like the mayor of “Flavortown” with an all-new Santo Tequila cocktail at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar inside The LINQ Hotel + Experience. The Off the Hook Watermelon Margarita, made with Fieri’s Santo Tequila Blanco, watermelon mix, lime juice, kaffir syrup and garnished with grilled watermelon and a kaffir leaf. Additional Santo cocktails at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar include the Vegas Honey Knuckle, made with Santo Mezquila, honeysuckle peppercorn syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters and garnished with an orange peel and the Santo Sangria Mule, made with Santo Mezquila, pinot noir, lime juice, raspberry syrup, ginger beer and garnished with berries and lime. All Santo cocktails are $15 and will be served for a limited time.

Sweet Valentine’s Day Offers:
Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts are celebrating the most romantic day of the year with an array of delicious dining options including:

  • Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace will set the mood for love this Valentine’s Day with a three-course meal for two ($200 per couple). Appetizer options include classic Caesar salad or lobster bisque soup. Steak lovers rejoice - a 34-ounce prime porterhouse and shrimp scampi served with grilled asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes for the main course. For dessert, finish with a slice of strawberry-red velvet cake. Couples purchasing this menu also receive two long-stem roses and two glasses of G.H. Mumm Rosé Champagne.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Harrah’s Las Vegas will impress guests with a four-course prix fixe menu for $190 per couple. Starter options include steak house salad, Caesar salad, lobster bisque or soup of the day. For the second course, guests can choose from shrimp cocktail or veal osso bucco ravioli. Entrée choices include twin 8-ounce lobster tails, 8-ounce filet mignon or a 16-ounce full-flavored USDA prime cut. For dessert, strawberry mousse with dark chocolate coupe and chocolate-dipped long-stem strawberries will delight guests’ taste buds. This menu includes a complimentary glass of house select wine or Champagne.

Martorano’s at Paris Las Vegas will offer a prix fixe dinner menu of Steve Martorano’s signature Italian-American dishes for $79 per guest. Guests can choose a starter of famous meatballs and salad, fried calamari Bibzy, homemade mozzarella and tomatoes, fried mozzarella, Martorano’s salad, Caesar Salad or eggplant stacked. For the main course, guests can choose from macaroni options or a Martorano specialty item including chicken or veal Marsala, chicken or veal cutlet parmigiana, or chicken francaise. To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can choose a dessert including homemade red velvet cake, panna cotta or a cannoli. For an additional $35, guests can upgrade their entrée selection.

Wine Cellar Happy Hour
The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is home to one of the most impressive public wine collections in the U. S with more than 3,000 bottles and 100 served by the glass. Guests are invited to enjoy half-off bottles and glasses daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in this must-see destination with all the ambiance of a wine cellar, down to the rustic stone tile and rock and brick archways.
